ATB is the most common toothing for wood cutting. Suitable for all sorts of cutting and provides a clean finish.
TCG/Trapezoidal blades provide balanced cutting force, low tooth drag and better chip clearance. This tooth shape prevents chipping in brittle materials. Use TCG blades when cutting plastics, aluminium and nonferrous metals.
Hook (Ranker) Angles
POSITIVE HOOK ANGLE: 523°
Portable and table saws require a positive angle to progress into the workpiece. A higher angle provides more aggressive cuts. Plunge saws have a 5° angle to be less aggressive when performing plunge cuts. ATB for wood cutting.
NEUTRAL HOOK ANGLE: 0°
NEGATIVE HOOK ANGLE: 5°

The carbide-tipped teeth are cemented to the hardened cold-rolled steel blade. Reducing rings are supplied for some blades to ensure that the blades fit safety in your machine when the blade bore size is different.
